German team win their group in the World Cup

Showing a very good performance, Miroslav Klose scored twice in the first half Tuesday as an increasingly impressive German team defeated Ecuador, 3-0, to finish undefeated in the Group A of the World Cup.

Indeed, the German side, playing in front of a loudly partisan crowd of 72,000 at the Olympiastadion, won their group and advanced to the single-elimination Round of 16. We must mention that Germany will play Sweden in Munich on Saturday. In the other hand, Ecuador, which like Germany had already earned a spot in the next round, will play England on Sunday.

Michael Ballack and Klose were the best players on the field. Germany crushed a very poor Ecuatorian team, that didn't make the same football that gave them victories over Costa Rica and Poland.

As for Germany, they have won their three first-round matches included a 4-2 victory over Costa Rica and a 1-0 victory over Poland. The triumphs served as vindication for Coach Jürgen Klinsmann, whose tactics and preparation were widely criticized in Germany in the year leading up to the World Cup.

Parabéns pelo seu desempenho. Torci muito prá você marcar um gol na partida contra o Equador, você mereceu demais. Vou continuar torcendo prá esse gol sair. Só não torço por você se jogar contra o Brasil. Beijos.
